Sleeping disorders - Insomnia

Description

Not everybody has got the same sleeping habits. Some people sleep 6 hours every night and function perfectly well, while other people need 10 hours to feel completely fit. Most people sleep about 7 to 8 hours every night. Unfortunately, some people are not able to fall asleep quickly. On top of this, they often wake up in the middle of the night. These people suffer from insomnia. They feel tires all day but in spite of this, they can't sleep.

Normal

When the weather is very warm a lot of people have trouble getting into sleep. They keep sweating and turning, but they can not fall asleep. The next day that feel tired. Another reason that is often reported to keep people from sleeping is worrying. Some people can't fall asleep because they keep thinking about or are anxious about something that is going to happen the next day

Abnormal

People with insomnia sometimes cannot sleep for week. This can influence their daily lives to a great extent. By daytime and by nighttime they are in a drowsy state of mind.
